How long does the mattress take to expand?
Most Simba mattresses expand within 3–6 hours, though it may take up to 72 hours to reach its full height and optimal comfort level.
Do I need to flip my Simba mattress?
No, our mattresses are designed with a specific layered structure and should not be flipped. However, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees every month for the first three months.
What is the 100-night trial?
We offer a 100-night trial period. If you aren't completely satisfied with your sleep, we will collect the mattress for free and provide a full refund.
Can I use my Simba mattress on any bed frame?
Yes, Simba mattresses are compatible with most standard bed frames, including divans, slatted bases, and adjustable bases.
Is there a scent when I first unbox the mattress?
Like all new foam products, there may be a slight 'new mattress' smell. This is non-toxic and typically dissipates within 24 to 48 hours in a well-ventilated room.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Simba mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural failures.
